Forced connection to localhost by disabling certificate verification in python. This allows connection without sending traffic over the network and prevents issues with various port forwarding, proxy, split-dns or other network setups. Enabled custom freenas API port to be set. Automatically generate paths based on FQDN. Timestamps added to cert names to allow uploading of multiple certs in a single day. Protocol can be left as http even with freenas set to HTTPS (only)

Fix script failure when restarting Web GUI

The script currently fails with a requests.exceptions.ConnectionError error after deploying, as the final API call causes the web server to restart. This fixes the script to ignore that particular error with that particular API call.

On downloading, found that the date string line for naming the cert had a note - TODO: force 2 digits for month and day. This edit takes care of that (and makes no other changes)

The API call that's supposed to restart the web server (to use the new certificate), doesn't. Replaced that call with simply reloading nginx.
